Tartar Sauce

Tartar SauceWhat you will need:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped LGP pickles
  • 1 tbsp LGP brine (pickle juice)
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced onion (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl mix together Mayonnaise, chopped pickles and onions, brine, mustard and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
