Deviled Eggs

Deviled EggsWhat you will need:

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped LGP pickles
  • 1 tsp brine
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Garnish: Paprika & 2 tbsp LGP chopped pickles


Peel shells off cooled hard boiled eggs; slice into haves length wise. Remove yokes and place in a small bowl. Mash yokes with a fork into fine pieces and then add mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, and brine. Stir mixture until creamy and smooth. Spoon mixture into a zip-lock bag; seal bag and snip off one corner. Squeeze mixture out of bag into egg white halves. Sprin-
kle tops of deviled eggs with paprika and garnish with chopped pickles. Chill before serving.
